She was predeceased by: her parents, Olga Boom and Milton Boom; her siblings, Michael, Lori and Matthew; her significant other Maurice Jorgenson; her siblings, Edith King, Murl Boom, Lorriane Saunders, Dory Boom, Marlys (Arnie Peterson) and Christina Boom; and her nephews, Todd, Scott, Mark Boom and Kim King.
She is survived by: her sister Cheryl; her children, Cheryl Smith (Bud), Mike Jorgenson (Lisa Shrefler), Lori Allen (Cary) and Matthew Jorgenson (Lisa); her grandchildren, Amy Hampton (Ricky), Michael Jorgenson, Jessica Sperling (Shawn) and Emily Dhanani (Ali); her great grandchildren, Hadley, Hayden, Haisley Hampton, Colby and Camden Sperling; and her siblings, Roger Boom (Deb), Dennis Boom, Bob Boom (Virginia), Sue Koslofsky (Keith) and Nancy Boom. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Jean's family requests memorial donations to be made to Hospice of the Red River Valley.
