He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Fuller and Dorothy Fuller (Shosky); and his sister Barbara Fosdick. He is survived by: his wife Janice Levin; his siblings, Ed Fuller (Deb) of Moorhead, MN, Mark Fuller of Wahpeton, ND and Jane Sisk (Gary) of Kokomo, IN; and his brother-in-law Mic Fosdick. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society for "smoking cessation.".
