He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kieffer; his children, Jason Barnes, Jannel Barnes and Shane Barnes; his siblings, George Barnes (Jackie) of Jamestown, ND, Gloria Idso (Dale), Casselton, Debbie Barnes and Fargo; and his sisters-in-law, Elaine Barnes of Ames, IA, Mary Barnes and Fargo. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
