He is survived by: his wife Marcey; his daughters, Angela McCarvel and Denise Graunke (Luke); his grandchildren, Jameson McCarvel, Benjamin, Brooks and Natalie Graunke; his siblings, Bob Vetter (Dee), Marlys Wulfsberg (Gary), Ruth Vetter (Vince Fox), Janice Vetter (Paul Finger), Harold Vetter (Emily) and Lois Anderson (Denny); his sister-in-law Marian; and his in-laws, Hosea and Shirley Roe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
