It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Emily Mayer (West Fargo, North Dakota), born in Crookston, Minnesota, who passed away on February 18, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Octive Fortier and Cecelia Fortier (Duffy); her daughter Barbara Johinack; and her siblings, Anna Mae Strid, Bernard Fortier, Ellen Patenaude, Robert Fortier and Rosemary Riendeau.
She is survived by: her husband Jessie; her children, Terry Grieger (Tana Davis), Tod Grieger, Tim Larson (Heather) and Nicole Mayer (Corey Driscoll) of West Fargo; and her siblings, Jean Hanson of Crookston, MN, Alice Cumming of Springsteel Resort and Patrick Fortier of Glyndon, MN.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
