She is survived by: her husband Daniel Calkins; her daughter Angela Calkins Humrich; her granddaughter Aeyana Calkins; her son Paul Calkins; her granddaughter Taya Calkins; and her siblings, Steve Schielke, Barb Swank, Becky Hall, Matthew Schielke (Cecelia) and Jim Schielke (Debbie). She is also survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Breast Cancer's research organization in her honor.
