He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Batterberry and John Batterberry; his brothers, Darrell and Norman Batterberry; his siblings-in-law, Cora, Andrew Hintz and Edwin Hintz; and his nephew Dale Hintz.
He is survived by: his son Troy David Batterberry of Washington; his wife Marlene; his daughter Lynn Batterberry of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Cora and Cole; his sisters-in-law, Fern Batterberry of Garrison, ND and Maureen Batterberry (Eldon) of Moorhead; and his nieces and nephews, Shawn Batterberry (Linda) of Colorado, Marsha (Richard Brown) of Arizona, Gayle Oxford of Colorado, Steven Hintz of Nevada, Shanna Batterberry (Carlos) of Moorhead, MN. and Lorrie Redlin (Mike) of Moorhead, MN.. He is also survived by Other nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
