He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dwight Marvel and Victoria Marvel (Svobodny); his former spouse Carmen Capilongo; his children, Tony Marvel of Savage, MN, Sheila Wamre (Jerrod) of Hawley, MN, Teresa Mosher (Kory) of Prior Lake, MN and Ron Marvel of Detroit Lakes, MN; and his siblings, Richard Marvel (Mary), Donna Hudson (Fred) and Mark Marvel (Ila). He was also cherished by 10 loving grandchildren.
