He was predeceased by: his grandfather Duane Luptak; and also Esther Schmidt. He is survived by: his wives, Erica Bahls and Erica Truhlicka (Bahls); his parents, Jennifer Glassmaker (Allan Horbach) of Lino Lake, MN and James Truhlicka Jr of Lino Lake, MN; his grandparents, Lynette Sweeney, Edward Sweeney, Fargo, Doris and James Truhlicka Sr; and also, Fargo of Lino Lake, MN and Eric Glassmaker of Lino Lake, MN. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
