He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Trego and Esta Trego (Snelson); his wife Audrey A. Grieger; and his siblings, Lorraine Ingnell, Marvin, Lucille Rygh, Lavilla Hill (Tillie), Robert and Maureen Hobbs.
He is survived by: his children, Karol Nyberg (Charles) of Grand Forks, ND and Keith Trego (Paulette) of Bismarck, ND; his grandchildren, Jeff Nyberg (Katie), Scott Nyberg (Sarah), Rebecca Meisenhelder (Brian), Shane Trego (Shannon) and Mark Trego (Megan); his sister Myra Grothman; and his siblings-in-law, James Hobbs, Cliff Ingnell, Carol Trego, Fred Brandsted, Robert Hill, Doris Trego, Dennis Grothman, Arberta Grieger, Ralph, Leila Grieger, Joyce and Erwin Ojala. He is also survived by ten great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters; his youngest.
