He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Carlson and Edna Carlson (Soper); and his wife Sharalyn. He is survived by: his children, Scott Carlson of Fargo, ND, Doug Carlson of Fargo and Pam O'Brien (John) of Webster, ND; and his sister Dodie Fenske of Hutchinson, MN. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
