He is survived by: his former wife Janice Flem; his wife Merle Leben; his daughters, Susan Carrillo (Bobby) of Parachute, CO, Lori Brokofsky (John) of Burnsville, MN, Shari Neece (Jeff Claassen) of Moorhead, MN and Lisa Crew (Michael) of Castle Rock, CO; his stepsons, Howard Leben, Wayne Leben (Marva) of Jamestown, ND and Joel Leben of Casselton, ND; his grandchildren, Shannon Stagner, Shaun VanDyke, Eric Brokofsky, Brian Brokofsky, Ian Crew, Tyler Leben, Kent Leben and Cameron Leben; and his sisters, Kathy Bazz of Littleton, CO and Bobbi King (Truman) of Parker, CO.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
