She is survived by: her husband Jason; her sons, Dominick, John and Gatlin; her parents, Thomas Horner and Audrey Horner; and her siblings, Kristi Cook of Minnesota, Shelley Paris of Kansas City and Mick Horner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
