Heiser Jr. of Watford City, North Dakota, born in Dickinson, North Dakota, who passed away on April 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Heiser and Magdalena Heiser (Schwind); his granddaughter Billie Jo Heiser; and his sisters, Eva, Viola, Maggie and Marion.

He is survived by: his wife Leona Wanner of Watford City, ND; his children, Roland of Watford City, ND, Denise of Watford City, ND and Lynn Meuchel (Scott) of Williston, ND; his grandchildren, Mike (Kelly), Ashlee Schaff (Jared), Beau (Jackie) and Ciarra Meuchel of Bismarck, ND; his great grandchildren, Adilyn, Paxton and Devyn Schaff of Watford City, ND; and his siblings, Bob (Pat) and Rose Heiser (Bismarck). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
