It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Olaf Holen (Watford City, North Dakota), who passed away on August 14, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Holen and Anne Holen; his sister Genevieve Bruins; his brother-in-law John Bruins; and his nephew James Bruins.
He is survived by: his sister Ruth Vick (Kenneth) of Loveland, CO.; and his nieces and nephews, Wanda Holmen (Daryl) of Fargo, ND, Brenda Bruins of Williston, ND, Alan Bruins (Sheri) of Arnegard, ND, Lyle Bruins of Arnegard, ND, JoAnne Olson (Roger) of Boulder City, NV, Karen Saan of Loveland, CO, Paul Vick of Gering, NE and Kathy Vick of Henderson, NV. He is also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews and their children.
