Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Arlene Bender of Washburn, North Dakota, who passed away at the age of 87, on October 15, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Renk and Emelia Renk (Dschaak); her husband LeRoy Bender; her daughter Jacquiline Rush; her grandson Russel Emineth; and her son-in-law Allen Blatter.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Heger of Bismarck, Sandy Blatter of Bismarck and Tim Bender (Kristi) of Lake Bay, WA. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Arlene spent the last 10 years battling the effects of Parkinson's. As a result of her physical restrictions, she spent the last 7 years in a Mandan Continuing Care Center.
