He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Harvey Millar and Mabel Millar (Paton); his wife Eileen Rosen; his children, Glen of Walhalla, ND, Allen of Rogers, AR, Wayne (Dianne) and Carol; his brother Burton Millar; and his sister-in-law Shirley Millar.
