Stella McNeil Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stella McNeil of Walhalla, North Dakota, who passed away on October 5, 2020 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezekiel Hooey and Sarah Hooey (Bigelow); her husband Robert McNeil; her sons, Mylo and Gary McNeil; her grandson Doug McNeil; and her siblings, Alice Armstrong, Myrtle Dalzell, Florence Miller, Eva Baker, Ruby Hoff, Dorothy Hoff, Minnie Dalzell, Levi, Ray, Herman and Howard Hooey.
She is survived by: her daughter Gaylene Massey (David) of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Jonathan Massey (Staci) and Sarah Massey (Todd Reamann) of Bismarck; her daughter-in-law Jackie McNeil of Bismarck; and her grandchildren-in-law, Steve McNeil (Noreen) of Bismarck, Beth Gorsz (Jason) of Dillworth, MN and Michael McNeil (Alisha) of Lincoln, ND. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, and 2 great, great grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at the Walhalla, ND Lutheran Church.In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Pembilier Nursing Center.
