He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudine Sr (Flaten) and Ray Sr.; and his brother Duane. He is survived by: his wife Ila Thompson; his siblings, Darol (Kathy), Robert (Sandy), Renee Amundson (Brad) and Diane Onstad (Richard); his nieces and nephews, Carie Onstad, Natasha Haugen, Brad Amundson Jr., Chad LaChapelle and Michael LaChapelle; and his brother John Jacobson. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
