He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kalis and Eleanora Kalis (Schwartz); his son Ricky; his brother John; and his siblings-in-law, Kaye Dalsted, Louise Williams, LouAnne Bill, Rose Kalis, Randy Bill and Bob Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bill of Hamilton, ND; his children, Wanda Letexier, Bonnie Soli, Twyla Preble and Randy Kalis; his grandchildren, Jordyn Johson (Travis), Meghan, Drew, Autumn Forschen, Hunter, Tucker, Tanner Soli, Kealy, Brooke, Parker, Ireland and Hensley Preble; his great grandchildren, Taryn, Tatum Johnson and Carsen Johnson; his brothers, Frank Kalis (Sharon), Albert Kalis and George Kalis; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Bill, Geri Thomas (Bob) and Merlyn Dalsted.
