She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse LeBlanc and Aurore LeBlanc (Gregorie); her husband Robert Welsh; her son Jack; her grandson Christopher Welsh; and her great grandchildren, Angel Herrera and Peyton Lillico.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Hrabik (Wayne) of Grand Forks, ND, Warren Welsh (Cynthia), Debbie Livingood (Bob) of Grafton, ND, Sandra Rose (Greg) of Grafton, ND, Becky Schnellbach (Vern) of Grafton, ND, Tammy Fletus (Keith) of Nisswa, MN, Wayne Welsh, Connie Linstad (Stefan) of Park River, ND and Stacy Trosen (Roben) of Cavalier, ND. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
