He is survived by: his wife Kay; his children, Lisa Skoog of Fargo, ND and Ryan Skoog (Jennifer) of Christine, ND; his siblings, Kathi Kielb of Fargo, ND, Sandra Breiner of Mandan, ND and Wayne Skoog (Janice) of Austin, TX; his siblings-in-law, Erlys Skoog and James Rudlang (Jane); and his grandchildren, Adam, Ethan, Grant and Lily Skoog. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
