He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Nelson and Beryl Nelson (Boyd); his wife Anne Bjore; his son Scott; and his siblings, Jean, Betty, Lora, Jack and Hank.
He is survived by: his children, Brian (Jackie), Mike Nelson (Lisa) of Walcott, ND and Lori Noriega (Ruben); his grandchildren, Kaila Nelson (Dustin), Tyson Nelson (Tessa), Joslin Brager (Erick), Andrea Fuchs (Jeff), Shad Korbel and Jena Korbel; and his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Odin, Nash, Sawyer, Bailey, Brody, Grace, Anna, Jayden, Brock and Brekkin.
