He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Rieger and Irene Rieger (Sather); his wife Marlene Thompson; his daughter Lynette Girodat (Myles); his grandchildren, Amanda Cooper (AJ), Andrew Girodat (Callie) and Alyssa Gutzmer (Rylan); his daughter Leeanne Girodat (Dan); his grandchildren, Laura Enger (Josh), Tara Braun (Matt) and Marshal Girodat; his daughter Heidi Foertsch (Todd); his grandchildren, Alec, Brogan (Payton) and Caleb; his son Mark (Holly); his grandsons, Matthew and Charles; his great grandchildren, Carter, Cameron, Chloe Cooper, Natalie, Lincoln Girodat, Brady, Gabe, Ava Enger, Maleah Braun and Baby Girl Gutzmer; and his siblings, Gerald, Dennis (Janalie), Kathy Tweed (Bruce), Sandra Rossman (Jim) and Kevin Lee.
