He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Haverland (Burtness) and George A. Haverland; and his grandparents, George H., Inga Haverland (Forness), Emery O. and Emma Burtness (Hanson).
He is survived by: his wife Anna Haverland; his sons, Michael Haverland (Nancy) of Walcott, Steven Haverland (Stacy) of Walcott and Daniel Haverland (Jennifer) of Walcott; his grandchildren, Megan Hanson (Josh), Lindsey Strom (Jackson), Jared Haverland (Hailey), John Haverland, Grant Haverland, Sydney Haverland, Brooke Haverland, Courtney Haverland and Allison Haverland; and his great grandchildren, Huck, Walker Hanson and Sully Strom.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Zion United Methodist Church remodeling fund.
