He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Pehl and Winnifred Pehl (Steeves); his significant other Suzanne Miller; his sons, Bruce (Liz) of Clinton, IA and Jeff (Emily) of Wahpeton, ND; his grandchildren, Tatum Louise, Avery Elizabeth, Theodore Luke and Vivien Ruth; his siblings, Bob (Jackie), Angie Carlson (Larry), Mike (Colleen), Roxanne Henderson (Russell), Shelly Willemssen, Joseph (Bernice), Richard (Dawn) and Chris Pehl; his brothers-in-law, Gary Willemssen and Rick Allen; and his parents-in-law, Bruce and Lucille Miller.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bois de Sioux Golf Club or Bethel Lutheran Church in Wahpeton.
