It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Heisler (Wahpeton, North Dakota), born in Esmond, North Dakota, who passed away on April 4, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Heisler and Mary Heisler (Hager); and her brothers, Tom, Leo, Frank and Norman Heisler.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Axtman; her children, Steven Axtman (Rhonda), Medford, Wisc, Keith Axtman, Palmdale, Debbie Sittarich (Kevin) of Fairmount, ND., Pam Jensen, AJ, Sam and Megan McGraw (Grant); her grandchildren, Elaina, Kate and Benjamin; her child Lacey Bilbruck (Tommy); her grandchildren, Presley and Hallie; her son Curtis Culver (Heide); her grandchildren, Tripp and Adonis; her children, Keane Axtman (Nichole) and Logan Sittarich (Heather); her grandchildren, Elijah, Piper and Harper; her children, Spencer Sittarich (Audrina), Colton Sittarich (Pati) and Heather Axtman (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Zara Rose, Tahlia, Kai and Shadi; her sister-in-law Donna Heisler; her sister Mary Ann Schneider; and her grandson Dustin Jensen. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
