It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Smith of Wahpeton, North Dakota, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tony Smith and Helen Smith (Stewlow); his former wife Harriet Smith; his brother Lester Smith (Lois); his granddaughter Abbey Smith; and his stepson-in-law Jerry Bakken.
He is survived by: his former wife Harriet Janet Crogan; his son James Anthony (Kristi); his wife Mary Smith; his children, Virginia Peterson (Dave), Darryl Smith (Sue) and Carol Olson (Mike); his stepchildren, Charlene Speidel of Breckenridge, MN, Karen Bakken, Jerry Gill (Cynthia), Jim Gill (Becky) and David Gill; and his siblings, Elroy Smith and Donna Keough (Dan). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, please use the south door of the church, and exit through the front doors.
