He was predeceased by: his parents, Hans Loraas and Barbara Loraas (Emde). He is survived by: his daughter MacKenzie Loraas of Fairmount, ND; his grandson Wyatt Loraas; his sisters, Debra Hanson (Greg) of Ames, IA, Cynthia Loraas, Papillion and Sandra Loraas; and his nieces, Leslie Gully (Darin), Laura McComish (Joe) and Amber Loraas.
