Merle D Rubish Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle D Rubish of Wahpeton, North Dakota, who passed away on March 5, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Merle D Rubish to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Rubish and Fern Rubish (Reese). He is survived by: his wife Jean West; his children, Barbara Olson (Don), Kimberly Bade (Rodney) and Dale Rubish (Jacki); his grandchildren, Amy Menholt (Ryan), Laura DesEnfants (Matt), Casey Bade (Bailey), Kristie Duch (Michael), Emma Blochowicz (Josh), Tess Rubish and Chloe Rubish (Alec Helgeson); his great grandchildren, Ryder Menholt, Rhyse Menholt, Helen DesEnfants, Alice DesEnfants, Reagan Bade, Aaron Bade, Quinn Bade, Ava Duch and Piper Duch; and his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Janke and Robert Aguilar. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evergreen United Methodist Church (1120 Evergreen Ct, Wahpeton, ND 58075). A memorial service will be held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that you send donations to the Veterans Honor Flight of ND in Merle's memory.
