She was predeceased by: her parents, Sayles Johnston and Ethel Johnston (Patterson); her husband Thomas E. Manikowske; her daughter Bonny Letizia; her siblings, Irene Ulvick, Ilene Johnston, Sayles and Harvey Johnston; and her siblings-in-law, Evelyn, Betty, Marjorie Johnston, Lloyd Ulvick, John Moomjian and Morris Manikowske.
She is survived by: her children, Penny Wheat of Ojai, CA and Thomas Manikowske (Jan Reiser) of Fargo, ND; her grandsons, Kevin Spencer and Mack Wheat (Eleanor); her great grandchild Sofia Wheat; and her siblings, Mary Moomjian of Tustin, CA and George Johnston of Rolla, ND. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
