He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip DeVillers (Agnes) and Agnes DeVillers. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Arlene Fredrickson; his children, Jeffrey DeVillers, Barbara Eckert (Roger) and Damon DeVillers (Sandy); his grandchildren, Danielle, Nicholas DeVillers, Scott Eckert (Amanda Fry), Ashley Aschnewitz (Brad), Megan, Jessica and Cassie DeVillers; his sister-in-law Karen Witt (Ken); his daughters, Vicki and Jacqueline DeVillers; his brother Kenneth DeVillers; his sister-in-law Harriet DeVillers; his sister Karen DeVillers; and his siblings-in-law, Otis Hoggarth, Eugene Briss and Shirley Briss.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (115 2nd St N, Wahpeton, ND 58075). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (18029 79 1/2 St SE, Wahpeton, ND 58075).

Memorials may be directed to The Open Door Center of Valley City or to a charitable organization of your choice.
