It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Hills (Wahpeton, North Dakota), who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bertelsen and Catherine Bertelsen (Schmit); and her brothers, Gary Bertelsen and Duane "Nipper" Bertelsen (Diane). She is survived by: her children, Richard F. Hills II (Nicole), Michael Hills, Christopher Hills (Brooke) and Chantel Miller; her husband Rich; her siblings, Joe Bertelsen (Barb), Jim Bertelsen (Kay), Curt Bertelsen (Lil), Teri Bertelsen-Church (Kendall), RoseMary Miller (Oren) and Rick Bertelsen (Carleen); and her sister-in-law Martha Bertelsen. She is also survived by her four children, and their spouses.
