He was predeceased by: his parents, George Poppen and Mary Poppen (Blahna). He is survived by: his wife Diane Dohman; his sons, Michael and John; and his siblings, Sandra Vetter (Tony), Dennis Poppen (Susan), Charles Poppen (Kim) and Mary Jolene. He is also survived by Gramm; and many nieces and nephews.
