It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joen Blouin (Wahpeton, North Dakota), who passed away on July 4, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blouin and Hazel Blouin; his brothers, Marvin and Margie Graalum; his sister-in-law Garf Graalum; and his mother-in-law Anna Helgeson.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Jennifer Banyai (Neil) and Diana Hovland (Todd); his grandson Blake Hovland; and his siblings, Fay Blilie (Floyd), James Blouin (Marlene), Gaye Phallon, Larry Blouin (Debbie) and Camille Biggrove (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
