He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Burhans (Wendy) and Jody Stevens; his brother Justin Stevens; his grandparents, Kenneth, Renee Burhans and George Wallace; his aunts, Barbara Vanderbend and Kimberly Burhans; his cousins, Kellie Vanderbend and Alexia Grace Hicks; and his brother Martin Johnson.

He is survived by: his son Raiden Charles; his brother Daniel; his son Jayden; his sister Amy; and his close friend Jefe. He is also survived by his siblings, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
