He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Jorgenson and Verine Jorgenson (Ingberg); his sister Betty Jane; his brother-in-law Donald Gustafson; his parents-in-law, Floyd and Violet Ellvanger; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth and Leslie Ellvanger.
He is survived by: his wife Lana Jorgenson; his daughters, Heather Jorgenson and Holly Jorgenson; his stepchildren, Jaden Alvstad (Kellie), Jennifer Alvstad (DuWayne Grinolds) and Jacqui Mauch (Dustin); his grandchildren, Karsten Peters, Lexi Grinolds, Cade Mauch, Cambri Mauch and CeeCee Mauch; his sister Georgeane Devlin (Michael); and his siblings-in-law, Greg Ellvanger (Yvonne) and Debby Wright (Bernie). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Burial will be held at Manitou Cemetery, west of Ross, ND, on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 4 p.m. In remembrance of Jim, in lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to an animal shelter of your choice, or the 1400's (1400s.org).
