He was predeceased by: his parents, Selmer Ness and Florence Ness; and his parents-in-law, Reuben and Leona Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Anderson; his siblings, Ken Ness (JoAnne), Lois Mae Scherbenske (Jim), Judy Weiss (Don) and Carol Gutensohn (Charles); and his siblings-in-law, Jan Hoekstra, John Anderson (Jean), Paul Anderson (Pat) and Mark Anderson (Twyla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
