He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Miller (Mueller); and his siblings, Donald, LeRoy, Dallas, Duane, Harvey, Glen, Carl and Betty Kunkle.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Hoss; his children, Grenville "Sonny" Miller Jr. (Sheri) of Wahpeton, Candice Biel of Wahpeton, Debra Julius (Alan) of Sisseton, SD, Rhonda Miller of Wahpeton and Roger Miller (Susan) of West Fargo, ND; and his sister Linda Zastrow (Jack) of Denton, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
