He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Fixen and Anna Fixen (Anderson); his wife Rachel Fixen; his siblings, Lloyd Fixen (Arlis), Ardyce Fixen and Hazel O'Neil (Bill); and his nephew Billy O'Neil.
He is survived by: his son David of Ibsen Township, ND; and his sister-in-law Shirley Strand of Hawley, MN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
