We are sad to announce that on October 1, 2023, at the age of 84, EvaLou S. Stickland of Wahpeton, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Palmer and Marion Palmer (Jones); her husband Larry W. Stickland of Sisseton; her sons, Larry Jr., Ricky and Marvin; and her great grandchild Whylix.

She is survived by: her children, Pam Holte of Wahpeton, ND and Billy Stickland (Deb) of Sisseton, SD. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
