With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy R. Johnson of Wahpeton, North Dakota, who passed away on April 21, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dominic Hoffarth and Ana Hoffarth (Schuler); her husband Alfred R. Johnson; her children, Donna Marie Grenz of Morgantown, WV, Faye Kathryn Johnson of Moorhead, MN, Sandra Mary Baxa (Robert) of Hanover, MN, Andrew Dominic Johnson (Emilie) of Hawley, MN and Roger Alan Johnson (Sally) of Waverly, IA; her sister Mary Alice Girodat of Langdon, ND; her son-in-law Gordon Smith of Rochert, MN.; and her daughter Ruth. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Dorothy's family is grateful to Hospice of the Red River Valley for three years of wonderful care and recommends memorials be given to them.
