He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Toelle and Esther Toelle (Huse); his wife Lavonne Willard; his daughter Cynthia Rosin; and his siblings, Donovan, Emil Jr., Lynn, Allan and Carol.
He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Grove (Warren) of Rugby, ND, Linda Klukken (Ron) of Osakis, MN, Steven Toelle (Laura) of Minneapolis, MN, Laurie Hanson (Jack) of Brandon, SD, Wanda Conley (Alan) of Eden Prairie, MN and Kevin Rosin (late Cynthia). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vertin-Munson Funeral Home (224 6th St N, Wahpeton, ND 58075). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Riverside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. John's Lutheran Church in Chaska, MN.
