He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Jacobson and Elaine Jacobson; and his birth mother Frances Charbonneau. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jacobson; his children, Don Jacobson (Andi), Trista Koziol (Shane), Toni Elde (Scott) and Teri Muske (John); his grandchildren, Austin (Hailey), Ethan, Jacob, Carter, Keaton, Ava, Sam, Anna, Tenly, Landry and Ridge; his great grandchild Thomas; his siblings, Carol Jacobson, Debbie Urban (Robert) and Bruce Charbonneau (Jocelyn); and his aunt MaryJo Scheetz (Dick).
