He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. David G. Jaehning and Mattie Williard Jaehning; his sister Candace Jaehning; his parents-in-law, Rudy and Grace Briks; his brother-in-law Donald Briks; and his cousin Lynn Jaehning.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jaehning (Briks); his sons, David Jaehning, JJ (Lisa) and Richard (Amy); his grandchildren, Adly and Presley; his son Timothy (Brittany); his grandchildren, Piper, Ava, Finley and Peyton; his brother Mark Jaehning (Stephanie); his nephew Ben Jaehning (Maddie); and his sisters-in-law, Marge and Shirley Jean Briks.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests all memorials to be made to St. Mary's School, Breckenridge.
