He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Roger. He is survived by: his mother Marjo Johnson (Madenwaldt); and his siblings, Tami Turner (Ken) of Elk River, MN, Twyla Lopez (Al) of Murrieta, CA, Dan [Monica] Johnson of Las Vegas, NV and Arlyn Johnson (AJ). He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews, four aunts, three uncles, including a special uncle who just turned 96, and many cousins.
