Peterman of Velva, North Dakota, born in Crosby, North Dakota, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Benter and Laura Benter (Bjerken); her husband Harvey Peterman; and her siblings, Clarence, Robert Benter, Alice Shefstad and Lois Gabel.
She is survived by: her son David (Shelley) of Minot, ND; her great-nephews, Allan Shefstad (Brittany), Burlington and Larry Shefstad (Lacey); her sisters, Donna Looman of Miles City, MT and Dorene Anderson of Miles City, MT; and her siblings-in-law, Myrna Vondall (Marlyn) of Trenton, ND and Gordon Peterson of Washington.
