She was predeceased by: her parents, John Torgrimson and Ida Torgrimson (Kleppe); her husband Charles "Chuck" Anderson; her sister Annabelle Dale; her siblings-in-law, Eleanora Anderson, Ardelle Overland, Allen Dale, Elmer Sogard, Elmer Anderson and Gordon Overland; her nephew John Sogard; and her great-nephews, Jonathan Dale and Christopher Dale.
She is survived by: her children, Zana McKelvey (Wayne), Kim Motis (Chuck) and Cary Anderson (Jayne Hardy); her grandchildren, Aaste Campbell (John), Megan Clapp (Matt), Kari Anderson (David), Zach Motis, Eryn Ehli (Isaiah) and Richard "Bud" Hardy Anderson; her great grandchildren, Morgan, Ethan Campbell, Quinn Vanyo, Fisher and Parker Clapp; and her sister Melva Sogard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, should you wish to give a memorial, her family suggests State Historical Society of ND Foundation or Metigoshe Ministries.
