Helga Marie Haga Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helga Marie Haga of Velva, North Dakota, who passed away on September 30, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hammer and Serine Hammer (Heilto) of Velva, ND.; her husband Ernest Haga; her siblings, Ella, Olga, Norman, Gordon and Gene; her stepmother Myrtle; and her great grandchild Talon.
She is survived by: her children, Olga, Ella, Norman, Helga, Zondra Thompson (David), Kim Haga (Denise), Greg Haga (Dawn) and Robert Haga (Cindy); her siblings, Connie Lindahl (Albert) and Larry Hammer (MaryAnn); and her grandchildren, Joshua, Zachary, Barbara, Bethany, Brian, Mandy, Seth, BriAnn, Beverly and Brittany. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial are preferred to Valley View Manor, Souris Valley Care Center, Oak Valley Lutheran Church, all of Velva, or the ND Audubon Society.
