He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Gertrude Thomas (Schneider); his wife Mickie; his brother Gerald Thomas; his brother-in-law Adam Trembinski; his sisters, Maura and Mary Alice; and his brothers-in-law, Edward Schnur, Jim Schnur, Bill Schnur, Joe Schnur and Harold Schnur.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Thomas (Karen) of Velva, ND and Mary Cheryl Liparulo (Richie) of Roselle Park, NJ; his grandchildren, Jonathan Thomas of Velva and Michael Thomas of Velva; his siblings, Richard Thomas (Von), Delores Hansen (Craig), Irene Koble (Adam), Isabelle Trembinski, Julie Koble (LeRoy), Martha Keller (Larry) and Kathy Repnow (Gene); and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Schnur, Margaret Schnur and Dottie Cummins. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial: Monday, April 30, 2018 at 10:30 am at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Velva Burial: Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Velva, ND In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery or the Souris Valley Care Center.
